Deha is undoubtedly one of the most musically virtuosic acts moving between dark ambient, (post) black metal and doom. But the opener of this work is actually very close to Alastor's Blood on Satan's Claw. Too close ;) Nevertheless one of the best complete works. edit: when is the physical vinyl release happening?

Transcending Rites est le genre de projet pour lequel il est interdit de passer à côté puisqu'il rassemble les deux plus grandes têtes pensantes du black atmosphérique, à savoir Déhà et Brouillard. Enthronement of the Third, composé de trois grands mouvements, est un Maelström. N'allez pas imaginer un chaos insensé : les pistes se suivent avec une magnifique cohérence. Elles sont un rite initiatique cauchemardesque mené par les cris inhumains de Brouillard et les hurlements trop humains de Déhà.
